Fire in shop next to Central Station, Glasgow, 8 03 2026!<\/h5>\n

On IWD, 8 03 2026, a huge fire started in a shop adjacent to Central Station, Glasgow, destroying several businesses, a large Victorian building, & causing the Station to have to close.\u00a0 Thanks to all Emergency Services for their responses.<\/p>\n

Twelfth photo<\/strong> shows SI Dunfermline President with two speakers, celebrating IWD, 12 03 2026.\u00a0 The audience for this event included representation from other organisations, and the community.<\/p>\n

Speakers were Steph Drummond from the Domestic Violence Investigation Unit, who spoke about the Scottish equivalent of Clare’s Law; newest member Lynsey spoke about the struggle and success she achieved in making sure women in the engineering workplace have the correct PPE.<\/p>\n
