SI Manchester<\/strong>: When Trafford Domestic Abuse Services\u00a0put out an appeal for toiletries for refuge residents, members rose to the challenge.<\/p>\n

Soroptimists provided a wide range of essentials, handmade toiletry bags and shopping vouchers to purchase further supplies. The club also made a donation towards necessities for the charity\u2019s new refuge.<\/p>\n

The club\u2019s newsletter focussed on service projects:\u00a0 Manchester Soroptimists in action Spring 2020<\/a><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>SI Liverpool<\/strong>: The club supplied 45 buckets of cleaning materials for clients of the Whitechapel Centre for the Homeless.<\/p>\n

The clients have been housed temporarily in a hotel but are now being moved out to permanent accommodation.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Members also gave 15 bags of kitchen cupboard \u2018starters\u2019 – tea, coffee, sugar, oil, spices, salt, pepper, pickle, etc.<\/p>\n
