She was accompanied by husband, dog (Bonnie the cocker spaniel) and assorted members of SI Southport and their families.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/southport\/files\/2016\/07\/Elaines-Sponsored-Scoot-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-519\" src=\"\/southport\/files\/2016\/07\/Elaines-Sponsored-Scoot-1-300x168.jpg\" alt=\"Elaine's Sponsored Scoot (1)\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sigbi.org\/southport\/files\/2016\/07\/Elaines-Sponsored-Scoot-1-300x168.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sigbi.org\/southport\/files\/2016\/07\/Elaines-Sponsored-Scoot-1.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The \u2018\u00a0Every\u00a0Step\u00a0Counts\u2019\u00a0appeal aims to raise essential funds to help disabled and injured people walk again by supporting sustainable rehabilitation care in countries that need it most.
