The Club Year runs from May to April &#8211; please see our <strong>Programme of events<\/strong> to see what our plans are for the\u00a0year:\u00a0\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sigbi.org\/st-albans-and-district\/club-programme\/\">www.sigbi.org\/st-albans\/club-programme\/<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>We usually\u00a0meet twice a month, on the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> and 4<sup>th<\/sup> Mondays. Our meetings include hosting speakers relevant to\u00a0the causes we support, attending to Club business, and working on our Programme of Action \u2013 the work we do to tackle issues including women\u2019s education, human trafficking, the environment, health and violence against women and girls.<\/p>\n<p>This year we will continue our support for charitable causes, international, and local &#8211; to find out more about the charities we support please see<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/sigbi.org\/st-albans-and-district\/charities\/charities\/\">www.sigbi.org\/st-albans\/charities\/charities\/<\/a> <\/strong>To read more about our Projects see the website: <a href=\"https:\/\/sigbi.org\/st-albans-and-district\/category\/projects\/\">www.sigbi.org\/st-albans\/category\/projects\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>It is certainly not all work and no play! \u00a0We arrange <strong>social events<\/strong> to raise funds for the charities we support and outings and visits when we can enjoy each other\u2019s company.\u00a0 As\u00a0<strong>an international organisation <\/strong>we have links with clubs all over the world from Osaka in Japan to Warsaw in Poland.
