\"\"<\/a>On our Facebook page we posted photos from our 5 Unsung Heroine Awards Evenings to mark International Women’s Day this year. We also posted videos from last years winners, Lottee Brown and Val Stanley. We posted messages to our Friendship Link clubs in France, Kosovo, Australia and New Zealand. We had a special “My Personal Heroine” Newsletter”. Speakers from St Austell Library joined our Zoom club meeting and we gave children mental health packages of books to them. Bugle school received more laptops and the Usborne books package. Sadly we lost Founder member Jo Bennett and previous members Chris Gerry and May Sanders. We welcomed new members Angela, Elaine & Jacquie. \u00a0On a lighter note, with a nod to St Patricks Day we held a Zoom Irish themed quiz night.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
