Soroptimists in partnership with the Prison Reform Trust have launched a campaign to advocate that these women should be rehabilitated within their own communities. The costs are reduced and the families, with intensive support, are able to remain together. SI Stafford lobbied Jeremy Lefroy MP and Bill Cash MP on this issue. Jeremy Lefroy is to speak to members of SI Stafford.

This partnership with The Prison Reform Trust is ongoing and it is hoped that Club members will be involved in ascertaining agencies responses to women in this situation.
