Eight of our members attended the SIGBI Conference in October 2020 which, due to COVID restrictions, was held virtually for the first time ever.
The theme of 2020’s conference was “We stand up for Women” and the Conference committee had chosen inspirational speakers to bring this theme to life.
We heard from Lady Hale, Professor Susan Black, Dr Alison Gardner and Jane Garvey, all pioneers in their fields, who spoke movingly and passionately about their careers.
