On Sunday,19th May, SI Swansea celebrated its 80th Birthday at an afternoon tea party joined by the Mayor, Councillor Mrs June Stanton and her daughter the Lady Mayoress and the President of SI Wales South, Ms Pam Allinson and Soroptimists throughout South Wales. The day was hosted by the President Janet Vine and her supporting Presidents for the year, Carol Davis and Jane Giles. Delightful entertainment was provided by the young harpist, Mary Jones accompanied by Rev Alison Jones on the flute.
