style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"en-US\">At our November Business meeting, members made vows for COP26. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"en-US\">These were written on paper leaves and hung onto a tree.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"en-US\">The vows are listed below.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>SI Tamworth COP26 vows<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Use a reusable fruit and veg bag when shopping in the supermarket.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"en-US\">One vegetarian meal a week.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Do one load of washing less per week.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Use no plastic bags.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Don\u2019t use non degradable wipes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Only boil just what I need for a cup of tea, not a full kettle.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Buy a reusable coffee mug for my takeaway coffees.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"en-US\">2 veggie days a week.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Use a face flannel, not wipes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Ban the dryer, use fresh air.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Plant trees.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Lobby our MP on relevant environmental issues.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Use cotton makeup wipes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Buy more seasonal and local produce.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Eat less meat.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Walk to the pub more often, not use the car and drink keg beer not cans or bottles!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Walk more often, not use transport.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Use less water when cleaning my teeth.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Grow more veg myself.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Stop using aerosol sprays.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Only use the dish washer 3 times per
