At the heart of Soroptimist International is a simple but powerful philosophy: friendship, service, and awareness. These values guide every Soroptimist club worldwide, and here at SI Fylde, we embody them through the way we connect and with our community.<\/strong><\/div>\n

Friendship<\/h3>\n
Our club is a place where lasting friendships are formed. Members come together not only to work on projects but also to share experiences, celebrate successes, and support one another through challenges. The warmth and encouragement found within our meetings and social gatherings create a strong sense of belonging. Many of our members say the friendships they have built are one of the most rewarding parts of being a Soroptimist.<\/div>\n

Awareness<\/h3>\n
As Soroptimists, we are committed to raising awareness of the issues that affect women and girls locally, nationally, and internationally. By learning more about these challenges, we are better placed to act with compassion and purpose. Whether through guest speakers, regional events, or global campaigns, our members keep informed and engaged. Awareness is the first step towards change, and it is through this understanding that we can make a meaningful impact.<\/div>\n

Friendship and Awareness in Action<\/h3>\n
At SI The Fylde, friendship and awareness go hand in hand. Our projects often grow from conversations within the club, where members share insights and ideas, and together we decide how best to respond. From supporting local charities to taking part in international initiatives, our efforts are strengthened by the bonds of friendship and the knowledge we gain along the way.<\/div>\n
