SI Guernsey club’s friendship weekend involved lots of interesting and enjoyable events around the islands. Daphne said “I was made very welcome and this is my fifth trip to represent our club on the island.”
In March Daphne and new member Bridget joined 50 other Soroptimists from all around South West and Channel Island for the quarterly Regional Meeting in Taunton. Members enjoyed a delicious lunch and excellent speakers. They reflected the aims of the clubs to educate, enable and empower women and girls globally to have better lives
We are looking forward to monthly meetings to be held at our new venue at the Tiverton Golf Club, starting on the 13th April 2022 at 7 pm.
