Club President:- Ruth T\u00a0took charge of \u00a0the reigns of the presidency from April 2017 and continues for another year- let’s give her all the support that she deserves.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Secretary<\/strong>: – this year the job is being shared between Sue O ,<\/em> responsible for taking the Minutes of meetings, and Danielle will be looking after the correspondence.<\/p>\n

There are\u00a0 a number of\u00a0\u00a0co-ordinators\u00a0 who look after various functions of our club’s activities.<\/p>\n

Membership: -Heads <\/strong>\u00a0up this\u00a0 activity welcoming, arranging all formalities for induction process\u00a0 and mentoring new \u00a0members.<\/p>\n

Treasurer and Finance: <\/strong>–\u00a0Shelagh \u00a0is <\/em>\u00a0keeping a check on Club finances.<\/p>\n

Publicity<\/strong>: – Melanie has made great progress over the last few years\u00a0 and has done a great job at keeping the local press with updates as to our activities but will be passing on this task to Susannah C from April 2018.<\/p>\n

Friendship LInks : –\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Danielle is keeping the contacts in place and each year keeps the Newsletter <\/a>rolling out with great efficiency and style.<\/p>\n

Hospitality and Dinner<\/strong>:-<\/p>\n

Programme Planning<\/b> –\u00a0 Anne W is\u00a0 \u00a0<\/em>planning events and speakers for the 18-19\u00a0 year<\/p>\n

Programme Action:<\/strong>\u00a0 Programme Action is the life-blood of Soroptimism – anything we do which helps the local community or clubs or communities abroad.\u00a0 See “Our ongoing service and projects”. Reports\u00a0 back to the club where possible on Regional, National and International projects.<\/p>\n

Archivist\u00a0– <\/strong>\u00a0Heather M- <\/em>Responsible for keeping and maintaining the club pas records and memorabilia.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Skirting Science<\/strong> –Ruth T\u00a0<\/em>is a director of Skirting Science, an associated group that has founded and organises the Skirting Science Project, which reports to the Programme Action Committee.<\/p>\n
