James Brierley, head of history at Mountbatten School in Romsey is very keen to highlight the significant but often unsung roles women have played at key moments in our history.<\/p>\n<p>The award was made at a prize giving organised by the Romsey and District Society at Crosfield Hall Romsey on 15 October 2019, with thanks to RDS for allowing us to work in conjunction with them. Gina Bird from SI Winchester made the presentation to the winner.
