S.I. Cirencester & District is a vibrant, friendly club.

Thank you for visiting the Soroptimist Cirencester and District website. We are a non-political and non-religious organisation, friendly group of women,  meeting twice a month**.  firstly  at  The C Hub in Cirencester, for our business meeting and secondly at the Royal Agricultural University for our monthly Dinner Meeting.

Our activities as Soroptimists include…

  • Lobbying our MPs on various issues
  • Fundraising for our charities – local, national and international
  • Interesting speakers on a variety of topics
  • Attending Study Days and Conferences
  • Socialising – special lunches and outings

Why Join Us?

We are an international women’s movement and together our Members are a global voice for women.

Our achievements have a huge impact on the lives of women and girls. We are an organisation with special consultative status at the United Nations (UN) through the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). In addition we make friends and have fun!
