Hosting Hope is a community initiative which aims to address poverty and isolation. Free lunches are provided on the last Sunday of the month in a local community hall.
The three-course nutricious meal is home cooked by volunteers and members of the club set tables, serve the food, clear tables, wash up and talk to the guests.
This weekend is the 10th Anniversary of the project and the organisers will be looking back over what they've achieved, as well as forward to the future. We've been promised cake!

We had a Quiz on 23 October to raise funds for our club charity, Guide Dogs, as well as other charities.
The Quiz was held in the Dunnikier Park Golf Club and teams were 4-6 members.
There was the usual raffle and the quiz master, Ross, also organised Irish Bingo, as well as a Guess the Bottle game during the evening. We raised almost £600 during the evening and a good time was had by all.
