Spen Valley Soroptimists were chartered in January 2025. We meet the second Wednesday of the month in various locations. Please contact us for more information.
Our local Women's Refuge is the club's main focus
The refuge offers self-contained apartments for women and children who need somewhere to go after leaving a violent or abusive household. Security and safety are especially important in these homes.
Specialist staff provide the support needed to help people rebuild their lives and develop skills to live safely and independently.
