The President and members of Burnley Soroptimists regularly make up and deliver packs containing essential items for the women and children who arrive in crisis at the local Refuge and for when the women and children are re-homed.
All members are encouraged to carry on collecting suitable items to make up the packs so the club can continue providing the Refuge with a steady supply of much needed essential toiletries and cleaning materials. The club members aim to deliver a number of the packs to the refuge throughout the year.
