Nelson Trust's Women Centre Grand Opening

In Sept 2026 we were pleased to be invited to the Grand Opening of the refurbished Swindon Centre, hearing inspiring speakers such as Lady Lansdowne, DL Nicky Alberry, MP Heidi Alexander and CEO Christina, as well as heart rending life stories from two survivors. The speakers left us in no doubt of the life changing work done by Nelson Trust staff, as Bobby put it, ‘there are heroes that don’t wear capes’, with Kristina saying 'they were a glimmer of hope in the darkness’.
