Club information
We are a friendly welcoming club with around 28 members, based in the historic town of King’s Lynn.
When and where we meet
Our meetings are held on the first and third Mondays of the month at 7.00pm unless otherwise stated in the programme. Most of these meetings are held on the top floor of Marriott’s Warehouse, South Quay, King’s Lynn, with the opportunity to have a light meal beforehand in Marriott’s Restaurant downstairs. At other times we meet online via Teams.
Club programme
Every year we plan a busy programme, including guest speakers and social calendar – our events often act as fundraisers for our chosen charities as well as a chance to enjoy ourselves. Have a look at our 2026/27 Programme
Club history
S.I. King’s Lynn celebrated 50 years since chartering on 12th July 1975. If you would like to find out more about our history please take a look at our History leaflet.
Club President and officers
The club members share the role of President, giving more members the chance to oversee events and projects. We do have a Treasurer and Secretary and Programme Action Officer.
Current projects
The club has various projects. Join us for our well-established annual literary lunch, fashion shows, quiz nights, Year 6 Public Speaking Competition and events to celebrate International Women’s Day. Many of them are included in our Programme for 2026. We are also working towards a Norfolk version of Fresh Thoughts.
