There has been discussion about this meeting at RMT. We suggested that November would be too soon, and December is generally too busy for members. So we have decided to look at holding this meeting in January.
The general consensus was that a weekend day would be the easiest for everyone. The meeting would be for about 2 hours, from 10am until about noon.
The likely content will be to introduce any new regional representatives from clubs, to involve more members from our new clubs in Guernsey and Jersey, and to report on regional projects. If you would like any particular topic covered, then please contact RMT to suggest an agenda item.
The most likely date for this meeting is Saturday 23 January 2027, but this is yet to be confirmed.
