The May 2024 issue of Global Voice is now available.
This has been an exciting few weeks in terms of Soroptimist International Foundation projects and several updates are featured, including a brand new project kicking off in Mali that will help a hundred women and girls to gain literacy and food production skills so they can find sustainable employment after enduring the perils of war in the region.
The inaugural meeting of the Soroptimist International Youth Forum took place on 8 May and Immediate Past President Maureen Maguire thanked all those who had helped to set up the Youth Forum as it had been an ambition very close to her heart.
In this issue there is also a reminder to save the date for Soroptimist International’s AGM on Saturday 13 July and a reminder of our next webinar on 22 May focused on advocacy.
