SI Hertford & District once again ventured into the north of our area to spread the word about Soroptimism. The annual event run by Royston Rotary club is attended by approximately 6,000 people. Once again a glorious day with enough wind for the kites to fly. Our team managed to erect the gazebo – eventually – and had splendid day selling squares on our Treasure Island to find the £40 treasure, raising £232 for Safer Places, our local women’s refuge.
