Puja Parikrama has been an annual activity with the shelter children of IPER (Institute of Physiological and Educational Research) but has stopped during covid. This year SISK revived the annual event. Starting early on Ashtami to take the children pandal hopping. The children had fun hopping in and out of the bus an looking at the gorgeous idols of goddesses. They were treated to snacks and drinks. And lastly we all enjoyed the bhog sent by one of our member.
This year we were joined in by our two interns, Vrinda and Rajnita, students of Symbiosis Pune. The interns will be making a short film on women empowerment and Goddess Durga.
