First Jumble Sale of the year was held at Eden Terrace, Park Circus,Kolkata, on 25th January
A stupendous effort by member Sunita Bose who organized this almost single handedly, distributing flyers and going to all local neighborhoods to beseech their presence and took the blessings of her landlord to hold the event. She made sure her office staff chipped in this extra curricular activity with utmost sincerity and they formed the backbone to the SISK members present. Clothes had been sorted in advance and much done spontaneously by Sunita and Punam.
Locals came in droves overwhelming the garage and loved all the clothes, bags, shoes, trinkets and toiletries on sale. SISK notched it’s highest garage sale profit.
Thank you to all the members who were present and of course Sunita for her efforts and hospitality.
