Everyone from SI Stourbridge extends their warmest congratulations and best wishes to Soroptimist Sue Haywood who was ordained as a Deacon at Worcester Cathedral on 28th September.

We have three books to select and discuss informally in October. Wild Swans by Jung Chang and for those that have already read Wild Swans, the sequel “Fly Wild Swans’ has been selected. The third book is Six Weeks By The Sea by Paula Byrne.
Our annual Literary Dinner is a wonderful fundraising event; we do hope you will join us on November 21st at Hagley Golf & Country Club. Literary Dinner 2025 Friday, 21st November 7 for 7.30pm Hagley Golf Club, Wassell Grove Lane, DY9 9JW

Diamond Art is a relaxing, fun way to beat boredom and reduce stress. Soroptimists from SI Stourbridge, Jane and Penny visit the refuge to support the women in many ways – though diamond art was a first they all enjoyed it and would recommend it
