A Legacy of Giving in the Fylde
Throughout our history, Fylde Soroptimists have been dedicated to making a difference in the lives of women, children and communities both locally and further afield. Over the years, the club has been bequeathed funds and has raised a considerable sum in support of good causes in and around the Fylde coast.
This remarkable achievement reflects the generosity, commitment and hard work of our members, past and present. From coffee mornings and raffles to large-scale events and long-term campaigns, every effort has helped us to support charities, community projects and individuals in need. The funds raised have gone towards a wide range of initiatives, from supporting women and children in vulnerable situations, to backing local organisations that provide essential services and opportunities.
Fundraising remains at the heart of what we do. Each year we continue to organise events and activities that not only raise money but also strengthen friendships and increase awareness of important issues.
If you have a project of your own that fits with Soroptimist International’s aims and criteria, our members are always willing to lend their support, expertise and enthusiasm.
