As part of the worldwide Soroptimist movement, SI Fylde is proud to maintain a number of Friendship Links with other clubs in the UK and overseas. These links allow us to share ideas, support one another’s projects, and build lasting connections across regions and continents. SI Tynedale Based in Hexham in the Northern England Region, SI Tynedale has been a Friendship Link for many years. Their work includes projects in Rwanda, helping to train girls and young women in cookery skills, and supporting Chrysalis, a charity that assists people living with dementia, along with their families and carers. This charity was founded by a former Soroptimist and her friends, and continues to make a real difference.
