Last night SI Wigan held their AGM at Highfield St Matthew’s Parish Hall. The meeting was well attended, with apologies from some members unable to attend because of previous commitments, one member is currently sailing around Venice I believe!
Officers of the club presented their reports with President Angela Holmes chairing the meeting. PAC Chairman Kathleen Moran was particularly pleased to present her report as it showed that despite the trials and tribulations of the past two years with Covid the club continues to raise money and so has been able to fulfil their charitable commitments.
All Officers were elected to continue in their role with Angela continuing as President. After the meeting there was time for people to meet and socialise with a very welcome drink plus chocolate!
