Who we are
Our Club serves the local communities around the towns of Kidderminster, Bewdley and Stourport. Our members come from all walks of life and we have a varied programme of events and meetings.
A club by women for women, where everyone is heard
We are a lively bunch of ladies and come together to share our difference life experiences and whilst making a difference to women and girls, we find time and space for ourselves. There is always time for some fun and friendship. Come and join us and help our sisters throughout the world.

Club information
When and where we meet
Our meetings are on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month (except August) at 7.30pm. We discuss Business on the 1st Thursday at a member’s home and have a meal with a Speaker on the 3rd Thursday at the Eagle Pub, Cookley.
Club programme
We have a varied programme of meetings and events around our Soroptimist vision throughout the year combining fun, food and friendship. Find out more about our activities. Join us and you become part of a social network that gets things done as we fundraise to enable other organisations support women. Become more aware and informed on local and global issues as we campaign to empower women and raise awareness of issues that violate/negatively affect women.
Club history
Founded in 1948, our Club links with other Midlands Clubs and our Federation. We draw our members from the Wyre Forest area. Our community involvement has supported a large number of organisations with our time and fundraising efforts. We have held Bridge Drives, Flora Art demonstrations, games evenings and lots of Afternoon Teas.
Our Management Team
We have a small team organising our Programme Action projects with administrative tasks resting with a Secretary and Treasurer. However, all members take part in discussing the direction of our programme and social events.
