Gina, SI Perth member was nominated by the Blairgowrie and Rattray Community Council for her exceptional work as Council Secretary, setting up the Blairgowrie International Cafe and her support of the Ukrainian refugees as well as the twinning of Blairgowrie with a French town. Well done Gina!
