Soroptimist International Port Talbot was delighted to host a wonderfully successful Fashion Show Afternoon at the beautiful Margam Orangery, bringing together friendship, fashion and community spirit in truly elegant surroundings.
The afternoon featured a delicious luncheon, attractive craft stalls, an exciting raffle and a stunning fashion showcase by Miss Jones Boutique of Neath. Guests enjoyed an inspiring display of stylish and contemporary fashions, beautifully presented and warmly appreciated by all in attendance.
We were especially pleased to welcome our dear friends from Soroptimist International Cannock, whose presence added greatly to the warmth and fellowship of the occasion. It was wonderful to share such a memorable afternoon together.
The event also welcomed many prominent female community figures, leaders and ladies from across Neath and Port Talbot, making the afternoon not only a social success but also a celebration of women supporting women throughout our local communities.
The atmosphere throughout the event was vibrant, friendly and uplifting, with guests enjoying excellent company, browsing the craft stalls, taking part in the raffle and admiring the fabulous fashion collections, all within the magnificent setting of the Orangery.
Importantly, funds raised during this special charity event were donated to two very worthy causes: Neath Port Talbot Cancer Challenge and Type-1-derful Diabetes UK.
Neath Port Talbot Cancer Challenge provides invaluable support to local individuals and families affected by cancer. The charity works tirelessly within the community to offer practical help, emotional support and resources to those facing difficult circumstances, making a real difference to the lives of many local people
Type-1-derful Diabetes UK raises awareness and provides support for individuals and families living with Type 1 diabetes. Through education, advocacy and community engagement, the organisation helps improve understanding of the condition while supporting those managing the daily challenges that come with it.
Soroptimist International Port Talbot would like to extend sincere thanks to everyone who attended, supported and helped organise the event, and especially to Miss Jones Boutique for providing such a fabulous fashion showcase. Thanks also go to all who donated raffle prizes, supported the craft stalls and contributed so generously to the fundraising efforts.
