Soroptimists are international women. We added our voice to that of our sisters all over the world on International Women’s Day 2020. We are part of #GenerationEquality – Realizing Women’s Rights. – Realizing Women’s Rights. It is 25 years since the Beijing Platform for Action, 20 years since the UN Security Council resolution 1325 on women, peace and security, 5 years into the UN Sustainable Development Goals and still no country has achieved gender equality. #SoroptimistsStandUpforWomen and call for action now!
