WHITSTABLE REPAIR CAFE VOLUNTEERS ARE FEELING EXCITED!
Only a few days to go until Whitstable Repair Cafe reopens after a summer break at a new venue and with new dates!
Join us at our first session back on Saturday 5th September. We have moved to a new, larger location, St Alphege Church, High Street, Whitstable, CT5 1 AY.
Doors open at 10am and we run to 12.30pm with our busiest time 10am to 11.30am. It’s generally quieter after 11.30am.
Repairs are carried out by our talented team of repairers and we welcome a donation for each repair to support our running costs. Repairs undertaken include:
- household gadgets
- garden tools
- kitchen knife and tool sharpening
- electrical items
- clothes and accessories
- beaded jewellery
- toys
- small ceramics
Plus, while you wait, you may want to visit our cafe area so you can grab a coffee, biscuit or a piece of delicious home made cake. Parking is available at the nearby charity car park for a small donation.
