Programme action lead Susan Waters lead Club members in wrapping and preparing gifts for the local Women’s refuge and making up shoe box collections for the local children of Y Nyth. Susan had been in contact with both organisations to ensure that the gifts were appropriate and chosen with care for these deserving families and individuals.
She delivered bags of gift toiletries for individuals at the Women’s refuge along with other supplies for any future residents of the refuge.
Christmas boxes were made up for the children of Y Nyth. Members joined with individuals at Bangor Cathedral to host a small tea party and craft session before their gifts were collected from under the Christmas tree.
