For most of the year the Club meets in person at the Meadows Community Centre, 299 Arbury Road, Cambridge CB4 2JL, at 7.30pm. For those unable to attend in person the meetings are live-streamed via Zoom. However, from January to March meetings are remotely hosted via Zoom.
Visitors are welcome at all our meetings.
There are usually two meetings each month, on the second and fourth Mondays.

Monday 9th March 2026 – (Zoom meeting) Speaker will be Deborah Thomas, Global Executive Director, Soroptimist International, talking about the work of Soroptimist International.
Monday 23rd March 2026 – (Zoom meeting) Speaker will be Helen Cook from Citizens Advice Bureau
Monday 13th April 2026 – (In-person + Zoom) Speaker will be Rachel Adams from the Leverhulme Centre for the Future of Artificial Intelligence (TBC)
Monday 27th April 2026 – (In-person + Zoom) Annual General Meeting. The speaker will be Joanna Hudson, talking about “The Last Climbing Boy”, George Brewster, who was a chimney-sweep’s assistant who died in 1875 after getting jammed while cleaning the inside of a chimney at the County Pauper Lunatic Asylum in Fulbourn near Cambridge. In the same year an Act of Parliament was passed banning the use of climbing boys, and ended child labour practices in other industries such as farming, mining and factory production.
