Cirencester Soroptimists hosted a talk from the Hundred Heroines about the photographer Dorothy Wilding as part of the Community Upstart ahead of the festival on Friday 25th October 2024

A group of us met up at the Organic café on Friday 25th October 2024 to Orange the World. This is the campaign by the United Nations to eliminate violence towards women and girls.

Members  met recently at Odd Socks cafe to spread the word about the work they do and particularly to raise public awareness about women and girls being victims of violence. You can see that members are wearing orange which is the designated colour for The UN Day for the elimination of violence against women which is held on 25th November each year.
