It is our intention that attendees at conference in Edinburgh are left in no doubt that they have arrived at a Soroptimist conference, and we are keen to highlight the breadth and depth of work being undertaken by members of SIGBI.
Therefore, all Regions/National Associations and Countries will have available a board on which to create a display of the work being carried out by clubs in their area.
These boards will be displayed in the ballroom of the Assembly Rooms for the full period of the conference and full details of how you can be involved in the poster display are on the Specifications Sheet below.
In particular, note that display boards will be available from 11.30am on Friday 1st November 2024 and must be removed by 2pm on Sunday 3rd November 2024.

Printing of Posters
You may have a local printer that you use, but for any Regions/NAs/Countries that need help we can recommend the printer below.
Please note you need to arrange collection or delivery, perhaps to your hotel, of your poster ready for you to bring to the Assembly Rooms on Friday morning 1st November. You are responsible for the production and carriage of your poster to the Assembly Rooms.
