At our March meeting, we welcomed two speakers Sarah Thorne who was a former magistrate and Jean Thompson from HM Prison Service. Both gave informative talks on their former careers, and their experiences of their working lives. Club members were able to ask questions about how women specifically are dealt with in these areas.
