Glasgow City Council honoured Soroptimist International President Ann Garvie at a reception in the City Chambers on Wednesday 11 December 2013. President Ann is a member of Soroptimist International Glasgow City.
Bailie Margot Clark, representing The Lord Provost congratulated Ann on her international role and said: “Wherever there are strong women, there is hope. It’s a privilege to have an institution like Soroptimist International in our city. I am a great supporter of their values and life-changing work.”
