With your consent we collect the following information from members: name, address, home and/or mobile telephone number, email address and details of subscription.
Why we need your information
The data is used for administration purposes. Only those who need to use it would have access: the Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, and the controller of the SI High Wycombe & District website.
Security of the data
The data is held in a secure database. You have a right to request a copy of your personal information and to request its amendment or deletion if you wish. We will hold your information for a maximum of two years after your membership lapses. It would then be deleted.

Your email address will be used for updating you on SI High Wycombe & District events and membership fees. You may also be contacted by telephone.
