Roz Watts from ENRYCH came and talked to us about the work that ENRYCH does in Berkshire.  Volunteers pair up with disabled people to help them do a project or join in local activities or just to get out and about on a regular basis.

Clean for the Queen, that was her request for her birthday. The first Saturday in June saw us at West Berkshire Community Hospital with our bags for litter picking and brooms for sweeping the paved areas.  We enjoyed It and we did a good job.  

A film has been made of the work that Sarah Gardner from ATE – Action through Enterprise have been doing in Lawra, Upper West Ghana, which really was amazing.  The charity has worked extremely hard setting up schools and meals and also supporting small businesses. We have completed another 52 pillow case dresses for Sarah to take out to Lawra with her when she goes in July.
