Soroptimist International is a global volunteer movement working together to transform the lives of women and girls with nearly 80,000 Members in 124 countries. The word Soroptimist is a combination of the Latin words “soror” meaning Sister and “optima” meaning best – so we want the best for women.
Soroptimist International of Wolverhampton has around 40 members and has been helping improve the life of women and girls for over 80 years.
We meet on the first Thursday of each month at Linden House, Tettenhall, Wolverhampton for dinner followed by our business meeting.
We always warmly welcome new members so if you are interested in joining us, meeting new friends and making a difference to women’s and girl’s lives locally, nationally and internationally or you just want to find out more click here and drop us a line.
