Susan Passmore from the Motor Neurone Disease Association, came to our March dinner meeting to give us all a most enlightening talk on Motor Neurone Disease, what it is and how it affects peoples lives. Currently 3 to 4 million pounds is spent on research each year. During President Julia’s year there have been various fund raising events for her charities, MND being one of them.
