Soroptimists world wide are working towards a safer, more equal world for women and girls. We of the SI Barry and District Club joined the Orange the World campaign against barbaric practices such as “honour killings”, genital mutilation of young girls, stoning, domestic violence and sex trafficking.
The hearts in our wall hanging symbolise our care, concern and passion to educate for this cause. The hearts also represent the love we send to all victims of gender based violence across the world.
