Three members of Cirencester Soroptimists Club, Jill Lang and Lesley Gordon (pictured) together with Maggie Edney, attended ‘Stronger South Cotswolds’ on Saturday 6th June. This was a large gathering of charities from Cirencester and the surrounding area, organised by the South Cotswolds M.P. Roz Savage, to promote networking, contacts and support between these groups working mainly as volunteers to improve life in their neighbourhoods. We were able to add to our own list of community contacts, several of whom will be invited to our own Open Evening on 9th September.”
