Well-Being

Well-Being

The Churn Project “Time for you”

Time For You is a welcoming women-only group that runs on Monday and Tuesday mornings. As well as plenty of tea, coffee, biscuits and lots of chatting, we run topics and sessions to support your wellbeing.

This includes creating memory boxes, sewing affirmations for positive mental health, getting closer to nature in Hailey Woods and a recent day trip to Bath.

All sessions and topics we cover are decided by the group themselves.

£1 suggested donation each session.
