We collect lots of different things to recycle.
Smalls for All https://www.smallsforall.org
We collect new and gently used bras and new pants for Smalls for All. This is a small Scottish based charity which donates bras and pants to those in need the UK and countries in Africa.
Education
Having pants allows girls to go to school during their period and so not miss out on their education.
Dignity and comfort
Giving a bra to a woman or girl gives them dignity and comfort.
Initially the charity only supplied organisations in Africa but is now responding to increasing requests from the UK. School uniform banks, local charities and women’s refuges are being supported.
We will take donations any time as our members volunteer at Smalls for All every week opening parcels.
Used Glasses
Spectacles are collected and donated through Specsavers to be recycled.
Recently we collected over 130 pairs of glasses.
Toiletries for SOHTIS https://sohtis.org
We support the work of the charity Survivors of Human Trafficking in Scotland. We have donated make bags with a variety of make up and toiletries which are given to those who need them.
Donations for the local foodbank

We collect once a month at our meetings. During 2022 Dunfermline Foodbank issued 101.205kg of food. They fed 7,178 clients of which 2858 were children
