Recently Glasgow City Councillor Margie M. spoke to the club about service in the community.
She gave a very thought provoking account of her reasons for putting herself forward for election as a city councillor. She also told us that the large number of recently elected female councillors from different parties are making their presence felt in the council chamber and in decision making with a more female orientated standpoint.
