Members of SI Hallamshire recently enjoyed a wine tasting evening.
Barry Boss from Starmore Boss introduced us to six wines (three white and three red wines) with a presentation entitled ‘New World, Old World’. Barry talked us through each wine prior to tasting, explaining where the wine was produced, climate and soil type and tasting notes.
We were delighted to welcome members of SI Sheffield who joined us for the evening. The evening raised £90 for our President’s Charity – The Alzheimers Society.
