Know the signs of modern slavery:
- Long hours and forced labour
- Is the individual being chaperoned everywhere?
- Is the individual malnourished?
- Typically they will have a lack of personal possessions and equipment
- They will often be the subject of abuse
Know where modern slavery often occurs:
- Car wash companies
- Nail salon’s
- Brothels
- Factories
